I was told to take 1000 slow release metformin with my breakfast . Have been doing so for 5 years now.

I take 2000 Metformin once a day but today I took another dose by accident about an hour later . Had terrible muscle pains but ignored as working in garden. Then felt low so had an oat cake. Have been violently sick 3 times, very shaky, now very tired. Will I be ok because I have vomited?
