    Trulicity Injections

In the very early days, I was eating very little. I was finding it very difficult as I like to run a few times a week and was in training for a race. Managed to let my BS levels go a bit too low. I did wonder if it was worth it, but it made me stop and think about what and when I was eating...

    Trulicity Injections

I've been on it for about 4mths now and like you, seeing some great improvements. I haven't suffered from binge eating disorder, but hopefully, the habits that you are building now will support you if the effects start to wear off. I thought I had got passed the 'just eaten a 3 course meal'...

Sorry Sal, for some strange reason, I hadn't seen your reply. All good here, although I am noticing that I don't feel so full all the time, I'm managing it and keeping food intake in check. BS levels seem good. Going for a review next week so will keep you posted.

    Trulicity Injections

Hi, I started taking Trulicity in July. I felt pretty rough the 1st week or 2, very 'full' and nauseous with very little appetite. I struggled to exercise in the beginning ( I run 2/3 times a week). Things seem to have settled now though. I get full easily- which tbh was a side effect I was...

    Trulicity- Side Effects?

    Food, exercise..getting it all wrong

Thank you, and again some really useful information. Its good to understand whats happening from people like yourself who are either experiencing the same or working with people who are. I will start testing 2hrs after running as well and see how that goes. I can't say that I'm loving the...

    Food, exercise..getting it all wrong

Great ideas, thanks. I have been running a lot on my own, and have recently joined a local club. This means I am running in the evening rather than the morning, hence why I am getting in a pickle with my food. However the group atmosphere is helping to keep me focused. Swings and roundabout eh!

    Food, exercise..getting it all wrong

Thank you for getting back to me, what you say about the insulin resistance makes sense, so will bear that in mind. The carb advise is helpful as well. I have to honest, I wasn't aware of the risk of DKA when taking Forxiga, but will also bear that in mind. Fortunately, I drink plenty during...
