    recently diagnosed(October) have lost 25 pounds and levels down from 18 to 9 and hopefully falling. Next test due Feb. because of other health issues I am often unable to cook and need to depend on ready meals. Anyone else have this problem and any ideas which ones are suitable

    Type 2's: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning?

    The instruction from my diabetic nurse is anything between 4 and 7 before eating is ok and after must be below 8.5. Does this sound right. Reading the last few posts I should not be happy with my morning reading of 6.2 (after heavy day yesterday)
