    How many of us are following the low-carb diet?

    Count me in. I don't actually count the carbs but I've cut out the bread, potatoes, parsnips, pastry and cut down on rice. Never liked pasta. Pleased with a much lower BG levels down from 7s to 4s and 5s. Weight now stable after a 10kg loss. Dr Clarke's book was a great find :D

    Hello All

    Hello Sue I suspect my lows were due to over medication and the highs due to my lack of understanding of carbs. Dr Clarke's diet has helped me understand and taken my before meal blood sugars from 7+ to the 4s. It going well :D Work is not good for the health! More time and oportunity...
