    Aargh, second day of testing and on the max metformin dose for 3 days - 9. . Post-meals are all in target (high end of it). Fasting is my issue.

    @AndBreathe - I've watched the video now. And everything has fallen into place, and I am no longer worried about my cholesterol. :) thanks so much for posting it. @Brunneria thank you for your comment - now that I've watched the video I too am very happy with my 0.9 trigs.

    Today = pretty much identical to yesterday, namely: - 2 boiled eggs, coffee with cream - salad w tuna, Mayo, spring onion, avocado, goats cheese, red pepper, broccoli. - black farmer sausages and cauli cheese - peanuts snack.

    Right! Hopefully some more helpful info: Total cholesterol: 5.8 HDL: 1.5 LDL: 3.9 Serum triglycerides: 0.9 Total chol/HDL ratio: 3.87. What do we think?

    I've got a Betty bossi veg twister (like a spiralizer but simpler. I like making pasta-esque meals with it. So far celeriac is my most successful faux spaghetti.
