    I haven't had this personally. I used to cycle 80 miles in a day, I currently go to the gym and do weights, and although I am a bit overweight I am quite fit. I am T2, with hypertriglyceridemia- the doc said it was very likely to be hereditary due to the high levels. All under control now...
