Hi I have terrible problems, however drinking lots of water and dried figs help. My DN suggested glycyrol suppositories which if you get the urge but can't go really do help and don't affect your BG. Just don't suffer in silence, ask for advice.

Hi I find Muller Light the best as they don't affect my glucose levels. I find shape yoghurts too sweet as they are loaded with sweetner. I also love goats yoghurt (natural) and often sieve some fruit into a it which is yummy. Hope this helps and good luck with his new diet.

Thanks Hanadr, i will bear that in mind. I think i am lucky with my Dr in some respects as she does not seem to hesitate in putting you on a more expensive drug if needs be though obviously they wil try the cheaper options first. Joy
