    Can anyone help. Im type 1 [62 years] -and want to try the 30 day low carb diet. When I try to download. I'm told I am already a member. But can get low carb recipes but not the plan.

    50 years with type 1 diabetes.

    I've never heard of 15 or 20 year medal, but I did get a 50 year medal. did hear there was a 60 year medal but fast approaching 61 years and not received anything yet.

    Essential info for choosing a pump

    I have been on a pump for 10 years. After 50 years of injections . I will stay with the pump.
