Can anyone help. Im type 1 [62 years] -and want to try the 30 day low carb diet. When I try to download. I'm told I am already a member. But can get low carb recipes but not the plan.

Hi @barme1 The low carb program here is aimed at Type 2s. Could that be the problem you're having or is there some kind of error message?
You should be able to download the free recipe books ok.
