    Type 2 What fruits should people with diabetes eat?

    Hi, I eat fruit every morning a mixture of berries with apple or melon topped with Fat free Greek yoghurt and well dusted with cinnamon, it has no effect on my readings don't know if it's the yoghurt or the cinnamon but whatever it is it works for me. Jx
