Yep, I'm still struggling a little to be proud of what I've achieved instead of just feeling so ashamed of the state I had gotten myself into, but I wanted to share a good news story just so people know it IS possible. Prior to taking the LCHF plunge I'd been trying desperately to lose weight...

These photos were taken 2 years apart, I'm now 16 months into my LCHF journey. HbA1c remains at 29 (non diabetic) and I've lost 11 stone in total over the last 2 years. So yes, I'm going to say that (for me at least) LCHF definitely works! :D
