I was put on Gabapentin for Fibromyalgia a few years before I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and it seems to help with neuropathy from the Diabetes as well, so when I get my BS sorted again, I hope to feel better and with less pain too.

I'm really struggling with mine, today it was 19.7 and it has been and 26.0 for 3 months that I know of. I've got a phone appointment with a diabetic nurse on Monday. I am type 2 and on Metformin and for the last 3 weeks on Sitagliptin. I am also Agoraphobic so getting to the doctors' is impossible

Now I've heard I can have bacon and eggs (my favourite meal), I'll amend my shopping list. I've had skimmed milk for donkeys years and hadn't considered its carbs content. Thanks for the link for the BG strips too.
