Has anyone had good results in lowering their cholesterole? I am no longer taking statins because of having weird effects, I have started taking a small bottle of the yogurt drink each day, if someone has had a good result from taking this drink, how long did it take to work?

I have been on victoza for 5 months now and it's been great, today I got back my Hb1ac test back I am now down to 6.0, the doctors are pleased with my results so don't need to see them for at least 6 months :D b

I am not really a drinker but lately after a little trip away I indulged in a glass or two of whiskey and had surprising results with BG levels too! so just to be sociable with friends whilst out and about I partake in a glass or maybe two :D

Lidl do a good 85% chocolate that comes in small bars, you get 5 bars for 99p so that's good value. I have been known to eat a little more than I should, but a treat now and again is fine. :D

I found that Hotel Chocolat (speciality chocolate shop) has more products than just buying 70% chocolate, they also sell reduced sugar and 85% chocolate bars which in my estimation are the best, they are a little expensive but a little goes a long way.

This easter I am having a treat, proffiteroles, I have bought Morrisons ready made choux pastry proffitoroles, only 3.7 carbs for 4 rolls, filled with low fat cream and a sauce made from 85% chocolate, cream and a little sweetener. Total carbs for 4 rolls around 7g.
