Thank you! I have working hard these past weeks cutting down on my carbohydrate intake and increasing my daily exercises in the gym. I could not believe the news!!

My family doctor repeated my HbA1c again on Monday and it has come down from 41 to 39.

Thank you for your comments. You see my worry is that my HbA1c is at the top of the normal range at 41. If it goes about this I think 42 - 48 then I am pre-diabetic. Is this correct - what can I do to bring it down below 41?
