    8.1 for me this morning, and I have been ooo so good, not eating any carbs or sugar. This is my first self test so hopefully will get better as starting extra exercises now.

    Looking at your post, how are you feeling now, I was diagnosed last week, and went straight onto low carb high fat diet, on 1000g metformin, I have now been experiencing pins and needles in my hands, would like to understand if this is only going to get better.

    Hi, thank you for your reply, I am looking at the low carb diet, and think that I could get used to the full fat version of foods, I love butter, just started to like cheese as well, the bread and potatoes will be hard, but worth it health wise, just a lifestyle change.
