over year ago had perforated ulcer in tummy .gallstone cause heart attack while in hospitial had to be moved to single room and had lots hypo .they say metformin cause me to be loose stools so nill by mouth for 5 days all in with different treatment was in for 3 and half weeks was given insulin...

I was on weight watchers and achieved goal on that been type two fifteen years now I am nova mix 30 ,+twice day and 500 metformin twice day . I gain 3 stone over year now need get rid affecting my life .used go keep fit ti-chi swim walk 1 to 2 mile every day now puffed walk end road .help??revive@2

folk on this forum know a lot but main thing is do you do insulin ??tablets ??diet ??your dr not give you test strip if you diet ??or tablets ?cos surgery look after you if you are on insulin should have go on course and have reg test strips to see you ok ??there are brilliant recipe on this...
