    Thanks for the replies. I actually went to see the GP this morning and she said to carry on as you've all suggested and retest in 3 months if my diabetic symptoms don't lessen. Apparently I was prediabetic last year (HbA1c level was 44 mmol/ mol) but nobody thought to let me know!! .)

    Hi everyone. Thanks for having me. This site is absolutely full of useful information. I need some advice if you don't mind. I've been told I'm pre diabetic. My HbA1c level is 47 mmol/ mol.
