    It's not unusual for men either, but is called balinitis...very unpleasant but manageable until (squeamish readers stop here) the f*r*sk*n becomes fibrous at the end and can't be pulled back any more for cleaning the balineum. Only cure is the unkindest cut of all, which is where I'm going next...
