    I have suffered with very severe hypos, last one being last Friday morning, I was unconscious at 1.0, been 0.7 before and unconscious also. As said, 3.7 is a hypo but obviously manageable unlike the ones I've had.

    I have always been thin but yes I have noticed a slight increase in my weight even though I'm trying to consciously eat less carbs. Could be insulin resistance, been diabetic 26 years now, I will start changing sites etc. Luckily I do have an appointment with my diabetic specialist next week.

    I was put on degludec a few months ago to combat my nocturnal hypos, which it has, but this last week or so I've gone the opposite and now can't get it below 15mmol. Reading through the posts I think I am going to increase the basal degludec tomorrow and see if that helps. Thanks.
