I have had high Blood Sugars for the last 3+ months. Metformin will not bring it down. It does not appear to be causing me any other problems, however am a little concerned. All suggestions welcome

There are plenty of ideas in the diabetes cookbooks & they detail Cals, Carbs etc as well. There are recipes for all meals & A christmas cookbook as well. I made mini christmas puddings & some mince pies. You just need to be aware of what you are eating & be sensible. Go for a walk about an hour...
