Hi guys
Did a re-order for my daughters supplies and was told that the flex-link is being discontinued from Autumn 2019.
Last hospital visit a fortnight ago nothing was mentioned and we were none the wiser so didn’t bring it up. Anyone got a clue what the alternatives are and are they ok...
Am slightly stressing tonight my daughter hurt her hand tonight and had an X-ray at A&E and completely forgot that she had a pump.. only since returning home, the massive penny dropped - anyone else had this and was your pump ok? Any advice welcomed.
Many thanks
Diet Pepsi :-( obviously water is best but Niamh's given up so much, especially at nearly 13 she wants to drink things her friends drink
Thanks for the info [emoji1303]
Sudden rises in my daughter blood have led us to check the zero carbed drinks she has been having.. to my amazement and maybe stupidity I believed what it said on the label :-( we both feel dreadful that we assumed it was correct.. after checking zero carbs drinks the highest reading has been...
Is sure to be a good night out, fantastic bands and raising some money along the way.
If anyone is interested and local to Northants please get in touch :-)
My daughter uses the libre and loves swimming it's hard to limit the amount she is in the pool. Recently in Lanzarote we cut the toes off of trainer socks and she wore it as an armband over the sensor, yes not ideal as have a load of odd socks but it really worked for us and the sensor was intact!
Niamh is trialling the libre at the moment, we are on day 9, we have had no issues at all. It's been really accurate and it gives us a real insight in to what is going on during periods where we think she's fine! Definitely seeing trends appear. On average we have saved about 5 finger pricks...
Evening all,
Levemir is normally taken by daughter at 8pm, is there a safe window to postpone it to? Say 9:30?
Have read all the info that came with Levemir and can't find the answer..
Many thanks
