Same issue here with brand new NovoPen 6. It let me scan it to register it but now just throws the scan error up every time. I have emailed NovoPen regarding this but doubt very much any reply will come.

It took my local health service over 30 years to offer me any kind of diabetic learning course, I went on the DAFNE course which after all that time I found interesting. Pity my health service waited that long to try and teach me how to suck eggs.
