    How Rude is Your GP?

    im very lucky, i csn get an appointment the same day i phone, and our doctor keeps you for as long as it takes,and never makes you feel as though i am wasting there time,If i was you id complain i was under the impression that GPs are there to help, it was extremely rude .

    Diagnosed today...or well have I..??

    hi there, i was diagnosed a couple of months ago.Fasting test was 13.1 and hbac1 6.5 doc told me i could go 3 months with diet and excersice to get it down which i am doing. Your GP doesnt sound very helpful, i think that i would ask for a second opinion.

    hi there im not on any medication yet. My periods stopped and i was every 28 days,i went off to the doc thinking i was pregnant and found out i was diabetic (she said your it was quite normal for your periods to go haywire) hope this helps . sara

    morning bs?

    I usually dont have anything before bed, but tried a cracker and cheese last night and this morning was 7.9 which is def better than 9.4, so will try a bit of cheese again tonight and fingers crossed that will start to bring my fasting levels down.Thank you for all your replies.
