    Hi Jaylee, That sounds very similar to what happened to me. The only thing is that there are no cracks in any of my 3 pairs of trainers. Had you had a cortisone injection ? That seemed to be the trigger for me but perhaps it was a total coincidence.

    1st Christmas as a Diabetic

    This will be my first Xmas since being diagnosed with Type 2 in January of this year. Last Xmas I was eating a tin of Roses in two days, as well as all the other Xmas "goodies" so God knows what I am going to do this year ? Maybe a gag will be the only solution.
