    I am a newly diagnosed t2 who is diet controlling initially. However the past 3 days ive been suffering from agonising cramps between my boobs and under my ribs with now have been sick and lethargic too in last 24hrs.     I meant I eat fresh food etc and not a lot of junk... am just feeling a little overwhelmed and not getting any support. Have seen the nurse who gave me a booklet and told see you in a few weeks and see I you are diet controlling it.

    Never been told to or what it entails. Got the diagnosis, saw the nurse for the foot check etc and given a diet leaflet. Then said to go back for follow up which I will be going to on 25th this month.
