yes I will do, i have problems with my liver and pancreas and stomach and diverticular disease so I get a bit unsure of which does what , now diabetes has really thrown me :( I will see what Dr says tomorrow thank you

not for me it isn't, i'm usually 130/70 ish i have been buying low sugar foods and cooking with natural ingredients, not sauces, but veg, chicken fruit, and swim once a week
