    If you search for diedres kitchen, on youtube, I think she makes the best low carb bread, I`ve made it several times & it actually tastes & feels like bread. She makes one with a mixer & another with a breadmaker. The only change I did, was not put as much sweetener in it, as the end results...

    After reading this thread, which is so inspiring, I did a 64 hr fast, think I could have gone longer, if i didn't have to cook for the family.

    Went to asda today & bought Wall`s Soft Scoop Vanilla Light Ice Cream, carbs 7.5 for 2 scoops...100mls, £2 for 1.8ltr, Tastes just like a regular ice cream.
