Issues with Tresiba? It seems like its not working.

I moved from Levimir to Tresiba last October and for the first 4 months it was horrible. Like others say any changes are not immediate my usual ratios were turned completely upside down. I got to the point where i was ready to go back. Then i gave it one last try and really followed what my...

    Eye floaters

My advice would be to get them checked out. As people suggest both diabetics and non diabetics get them. I have had them quite a Lot caused by bleeds from retinopathy. Best to get checked to be on safe side

What A Week -feeling Fed Up

Thanks both. Must admit never had pain like that before. On the plus side I have a week off work to do as little as possible. I am just frustrated with the eye test as I don't believe it is a fair test. I have full 20/20 vision but that isn't considered. Not much I can do though so I am not...

How fast is to fast - retinopathy

I have been trying hard to lower my sugars specifically as I am having a lot of issues with proliferative retinopathy. I keep getting told not to lower too much due to the adverse effect it can have but I am not sure how much is to much and can't seem to find many answers out there Anyone...

    Vitrectomy

Hi just wanted to say good luck. I can't say everything will be fine because I don't know but it sounds like your hp are doing what is needed. I am 38 and had a tough time with my eyes over last couple of years. Had numerous laser sessions and last week had more bleeds. I ended up paying for a...

    Basel testing

Evening everyone. So after a few opinions. My Basel testing started at 9.7 and finished at 7.6 after 5 hours. I will do another test but wondered what thoughts were on whether this would require an adjustment. I believe a drop of 2 is prob the limit?
