    Make yourself Lidl high protein roll with sliced boiled egg, couple slices ham and slices tomato and take to work - should keep you going til lunch. Make night before and keep in fridge if in a rush in the morning

    What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

    6.8. Had a bad night due to the heat. Felt quite unwell during the night and had to get up to drink cool water from the fridge. Sat downstairs for an hour until I felt better, then went back to bed. Luckily I don't have to work today [emoji3] Sent from my Nexus 10 using Tapatalk

    I think it's really important that you nip it in the bud because once you are diagnosed it's really depressing and the medication is brutal. I wish I had taken action a lot earlier. Well done!

    Hi There I will be doing some shopping over the weekend too. I will try the low carb Mediterranean style. My doctor said he will use me as a case study and has asked me to keep notes! Would be really useful to have somebody to share thoughts with [emoji3]
