I finally found a breakfast which works for me, scrambled egg and sausage!
I'd been told by my dietician to eat either porridge, shredded wheat, weetabix or bran flakes.. well with the porridge i got 8.6, weetabix 11.1, shredded wheat 10.6, and bran flakes 9.8. Today i got a reading of 5.7 :D...
