    Libre NHS criteria

One point to consider is that 1 box of 50 test strips like Aviva costs 33£... plus lancets to finger prick.

    Travel to Morocco

Hi, I'd like to visit Marrakesh and Fes this winter and I wanted to know if there are going to be many problems if I had to need to get supplies and to see a competent doctor (I have a diabetes insurance). Any tips? Things to absolutely avoid?? Many thanks.

    Fiasp vs Humalog

Hi, I have been using Fiasp for a couple of months switching from Humalog and I registered the following; Fiasp kicks in slightly quicker but seems way less potent than Humalog... Anyone has experienced the same? On the upside; way less stacking effect. Sent from my ONEPLUS A3003 using...

    broken bones

Foot fractures can take up to 12 weeks. Are you sure it hasn't started to heal yet? Have they compared XRs ? If that's really the case you might want to discuss surgery.

    Japan

Hi guys, I am going to Japan for two weeks and I was wondering what is necessary for a safe trip. I have a diabetic health insurance but I am a bit concerned how two safely store insulin since I think it's going to be pretty hot down there. I'll be staying in hotels with air conditioning and...

    Forgetting if I took insulin?

I had the same problem once. I since then make sure I write down on my diary the insulin I take (just the dig dose of Tresiba in the evening). In doubt do not take it! You can correct with rapid acting afterwards (I know it is an hassle).

    Tresiba injection time

Hi @azure , thanks for your comment. Well it appears to be more complex than that but yes I have done it and the problem seems to be due to a basal-related issue and some dawn effect!

    New to Tresiba

It is called steady-state vs stacking, this review can help you: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2AZ18UhUhUvb1NveTZ2QVoyaG8/view?usp=sharing Yes tomorrow you will have more Tresiba working in the 24hrs but Detemir should have worn off completely. Fiasp Insulin when is it available?

Hi guys I have just learnt that Fiasp is going to be commercialised in the same FlexTouch pen as Tresiba is! I find this a terrible idea since even if one uses two pens of different colour it'll be easier to make a mistake and switch the two! Has anyone any news on the matter ?
