    I'm currently using the 'My Ascis' for my marathon training, builds you up very slowly from 0.5 of a mile and spends a long time conditioning. Highly recommend it. Just don't go too fast is about the best advice I can give. Its so easy to over train especially when its a novelty, been there done...
