    Hi my overnight fasting blood sugar levels are around 7.5 to 8.5. This is after usually about nine hours fasting . Does anyone have any suggestions on how to reduce this?

    Higher levels in the morning

    Can someone tell me why levels are higher for me in the morning before breakfast ( approx 10) and lower when taken 2 hours after main meal ( approx 7). Is there a way to reduce this morning reading ?

    Blood level fluctuation

    I take my levels before breakfast and 2 hours after main meal. I find that pre breakfast level is always higher than 2nd check after main meal. Does anyone know why this is and if I can do anything about it?
