    my diabetes nurse said change my diet and eat healthily have museli etc for brekkie, so today i took my blood 2 hours after the museli and i was at 8.7........is that classed as healthy then? at the moment i am diet only and finding it hard to eat stuff and be back down in 2 hours the lowest...

    free prescriptions question

    my point about this is that if you are required to test your glucose levels etc then surely these strips and lancet things should be provided....for free :) otherwise how do you know what you are eating is right or not. other than this i am not a pill popper and work full time
