    Hypo And Panic Attack

Yes hopefully it was a one off, my worry was I have had enough hypos over the years to know what is normal for me but I have never experienced that, it wasn’t the feeling of hypo that continued it was just extreme panic, but not panicking about the hypo if that makes any sense? X

    Hypo And Panic Attack

Thank you for replying, it was a panic attack, much more than a panic, I felt like I couldn’t breath everything was heightened and I was shaking even after the hypo had ended. Normally I can handle hypos well but today something just changed and it really spooked me. The worry is that it was a...

Hi all, So this afternoon I was in the supermarket with my partner and I started having a hypo, whilst this happened he bumped into someone he knew and I walked away, (I was eating a bag of crisps and in no frame of mind to talk to anyone) he can’t of been away from me for more than five...

    Injection Sites

That’s good to hear! I moved clinics a year ago and I was so shocked about the different treatment they recommend! Im hoping the pump will sort out my injection sites, it’s getting to the point that my legs are just sore now, and so bruised! Pump meeting in two weeks, looking forward to it!

    Injection Sites

It seems everyone has something different! I always find the bum hard to get too and not hit the same spot over and over again but I’ve gone back to using it just to give my legs a rest!

    Injection Sites

Thank you for the info RE pump, will definitely try different sizes out, didn’t occur to me before! Needles I’m not sure what size I am on at the moment, last downsides them about 5 months ago as I was always on slightly longer needles, but that wasn’t brought up at my last appointment even...

    Injection Sites

It’s a nightmare when there’s not enough room to rotate! I’m going to go back to bum for a while and just give legs a break, my stomach has a permanent swelling now so not much I can do about it but legs are just to painful to keep injecting there!

Thank you, are you finding the bum works just as well as legs? I got the impression we weren’t meant to inject there any longer but I can’t keep swelling like this! Thank you for the info on the pump, I am getting plenty of questions together at the moment so will add that to the list. To be...

Thank you! Not so much running but dancing and yoga, will bear it in mind when planting! I am going on holiday for two weeks one week into being on the pump so I will have time to work it out without the pressure of everyday life which should help!

    Libre Stickiness

Hi Michelle, I have had the libre for a while now and in the hot weather they seem to reduce in stickiness! I know a lot of people cover them with rock tape or something similar but I personally like to use my libre as an accessory to my outfit so ten to put a sticker on that matches what...

    Where To Wear Omnipod

Hi all, I am getting the omnipod at the end of this month, I can't wait but am worrying about where to wear it. I have seen most people wear on their stomach which is fine, but I have a 14month old cocker spaniel who is always jumping up for cuddles and play time. This has never worried me...
