Working backwards Right this morning levels before breakfast is 13.6 Last night 2 hours after dinner was 15.6 Just before dinner was 11.4 Before that it was 14.9 Fasting No food after8pm till the test above at 12.30 the next day I've gone a really weird way of writing this down but I hope...
