Hi it might pay you to keep a diary of any symtoms you have been having .That way you could refer to them with your DR . :D What made you want to test?

Thats a very intresting point DD Also if someone has never tested before might have anxiety thus maybe sweaty palms .What anyone needs to remember is if we don't change the prickers we could actually be prone to cross infection and us diab's cant...

i'm 3.9 now is this better? Also found cheese so have eatan a 4 slices

tested @ 15 mins and got 3.7 is that better?

stiil @ 3.6 legs are trembling a little otherwise i feel normal.

I just feel normal (apart from the horrible crisps) the only thing i can add to my post is i had bad breath this morning (could this be anything as i look after my teeth and have never had bad breath?)
