Hello @David Wass it should fill to where the black line is, sorry I couldn't get a straighter line round, I was using a large permanent marker! But as mentioned, it should fill right to the bottom of the plastic fin like parts on the outside. I hope you get sorted soon! [emoji2]

Hello @gem09! Did you do your DAFNE course in Bournemouth by any chance? This is where I did mine. My Diabetes care has recently been moved to Bournemouth Hospital. I was really pleased with the course content and the quality and attitude of all of DSN's that taught the course.

Good evening! I see that quite a lot of you that have attended a Carb Counting course have done the DAFNE course. Are there any of you that have attended the the BERTIE course? This is the course I have just completed. Is this just down to location?

I forgot to mention, a spare set of Insulin pens in case one of your current pens/pump malfunction. If you do currently use a pump it may well be worth refreshing your memory on your Basal dose just in case, as well as taking the relevant insulins for those pens [emoji2]
