Well, as far as dietary changes...
I eat leafy greens, low starch, low sugar, higher protein foods. I walk about 5 miles per day. I drink a gallon of water per 24 hrs period. I have gone from 280 lbs to 223 lbs.
Oh and I'm 6'1" tall and 40 yrs old.
I'm also a chef by trade, so I don't eat...
