OK, I’ve been diabetic 25 years and still struggling to look after myself. Had my latest result back today, it was 84! I need to start looking after myself for once. I am also Coeliac and have Under Active Thyroid. I’m a pump user too. Baby steps I know.... Xxx

Thank you both. I do my best but do prioritise my children. I've only started looking after myself again since Xmas, and no I have nothing to use here. My Crohn's son was in hospital last week too, so emotions all over the place anyway. I know I'll be stronger for it though. Fingers crossed...
