    2.5 years LCHF results

    I started the low carb program at the end of 2016. HbA1c was 52 now 32. HDL was 0.9 now 2. Trigs were 3.7 now 0.6. And 4 stone lighter. No going back! I love the way I feel now.[emoji2]

    Low carb diet - seems to be working

    HbA1c down from 52 in September to 46 now. I've been following the 10 week program. It can be hard to stick to it at times but I think it's making a difference. I find self testing my blood glucose levels keeps me motivated. Going to try not to undo all the progress over the festive season!
