    how high and how low have you been?

    My highest reading was 61 when I was first diagnosed as a Type 3 !! My lowest has been 2.8. The worrying thing is I have no symptoms between a reading of 10+ and a reading of 2.8. I keep it stable by regular testing every day.

    Yes, I have been told that Type 3 diabetes is caused by trauma to the pancreas (in my case pancreatitis). People who have had their pancreas damaged in other ways (car accidents etc) can also be diagnosed with Type 3.

    Paul, I don`t know how a hypo feels either as worryingly I had a reading of 2.8 before lunch and I felt no different from when I have readings of 7/8. My readings in the morning are normally around 7/8.

    Thanks for all your replies. I`m pleased to report that the meal went very well and my BS before bed was 4.1. I had 4 small grilled chicken wings for a starter and the lighter option pasta with salad and did my injection when the food arrived. :D

    Hi, just to report that my hair is growing back. It`s a bit frizzie and soft at the mo but is definitely thicker. It`s made me feel so much better now. I think I was becoming paranoid !!!
