    Appolgies for the late reply, mainly meat eggs offal and some cheese and a small amount of cream for scrambled eggs.

    Hi all, can I ask is cheese acceptable on a carnivore diet? I had scrambled egg made with cream yesterday I Hope I haven’t fallen off the wagon by having this. Any comments gratefully received.
