    Re: Newbie Thanks for the help daisy1 and daibell. I think I am slowly understanding what I musr/must not do. I think I will try and plan out a low carb daily diet. One problem is I am severly restricted in taking "exercise" and ideally should lose 2 stone!

    cortisone injection

    Hi Anna, I also had/have a frozen shoulder and have had 2 cortisone injections in last 5 months. My Doc told me that it would get worse (about 3 days) before getting better. This proved to be the case, however it only worked on about 80% of directional movement of my shoulder. I hope you soon...
