Hiya, I was diagnosed three weeks ago with type 1- aged 52 it was a real shock. The forum is really helpful. I'm sure you'll soon start to find your feet with this new chapter.

Amy's mum here- it's been confirmed definitely type 1. Bit of a shock at 52 but I've seen how well Amy had coped so well I have an excellent teacher!
