Hiya - newly diagnosed type 1 a couple of weeks ago. Have holiday planned and was wondering best way of transporting insulin in hot weather. Thanks for any advice.
 
Frio do water cooled bags.
 
Hi. The insulin that is in the pen and being used doesn't need any special temperature management (see the leaflet). Unused insulin will need a fridge or Frio etc.
 
Thanks for all your help. Leaflet says ok under 30 degrees for pen you're using- just wondered what you did if temp over 30. Thanks
