    Thanks I do have a slow cooker but don't really use it much my main problem is I work evenings finish at 9.00pm and I'm hungry then so end up grabbing stuff like toast or a sandwich things like that. As a result my sugars are high in the morning then.

    If I told you what I usually eat you would be horrified I'm just so lazy when it comes to cooking I do enough to get by but don't enjoy it . I like simple foods and the wrong foods like bread chips fried good cakes and biscuits.

    Had a brilliant night started off with a lime and soda then went on to red wine. Must admit they went down really well. woke with a banging headache and cramp this morning had a pint of water and felt better . Tested and results are 8.3 .:rolleyes:

    Thanks I don't usually drink I have been know to get drunk on orange juice before now a lot depends on the company your in. Just wondered can I drink a toast to the newlyweds with alcohol or not.

    When is the best time to take it morning or night . Instruction sheet says evening description on the box says morning.
