Thank you all,I am now on one-week monitoring which gose as test after I awoke in the morning two hours after breakfast,and the same for other meals, then half hour before exercise and right after exercise. I will share with you whatcomes up.

? My BS will go from 5mmol to 9.9mmol after exercise (whether or not I eat beforehand, which I usually dont).An hour or so later, mine will then tend to drop pretty suddenly, under 4mmol, dont know if this helps, its a mystery to me x Hi, Normally right after I finnished, ten minutes you can say.

Hi, Iam new to the forum, your advise will help me alot, when I do my blood test after exercise mostly walking and running for 30 minutes it shows 5.8, when I check again after two hours of taking my dinner it goes to 13.9.despite I had my medication. I am 45 years old with type 2. My regards
