Hey all after 2 days in hospital I am very happy to say all ok with me and bubs i am going home today on insulin. Thank you all for your advice things could have been very different and a special thanks to @azure

it goes back down after not eaten for a few hours and drank loads of water thank you so much for all your kind words, support and advice

what ever I eat the blood sugar goes up to 21-24 2 hours after thank you for your advice

thank you ummm 2 brown toast for breakfast maybe with egg or tomatoes lunch usually a salad with ham chicken or fish or a jacket potato dinner usually lots of veg with chicken usually been very bland but trying new things as much as possible
