Hey I'm curious what you eat as alternatives to rice pasta potatoes and bread? I'm currently eating a lot smaller amounts of brown rice and potatoes mostly avoiding sliced bread and have seen an improvement in control. Any other tips would be helpful [emoji4]

Hi guys, Every now n again I'm getting puffy eyes. Does anyone else get this? GP said it's an allergy and prescribed fexofenodine hydrochloride but I'm concerned in case it's anything more sinister/diabetes related. Thanks x

That's great thank you. I've been advised they are not available on prescription where I live in Dorset however £35 is still a lot cheaper than getting them directly from Abbott which is what I had been doing
